Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Infusion Nurse Practitioner Manager in California to lead a dynamic team across outpatient infusion centers. The role focuses on clinical oversight, operational leadership, and fostering a patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate holds an NP certification with active CA licensure and 5+ years of related leadership experience, with travel across the region and a Monday–Friday schedule. Competitive benefits are provided.

The Nurse Practitioner Manager will provide clinical oversight and leadership to a diverse clinical team ensuring smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Prefer 5 or more years related clinical experience
• Proven experience managing day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring/training, maintaining compliance & quality standards, KPI's, etc.
• Active CA RN License
