Jobot is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) to serve as Clinic Manager for ambulatory infusion centers in California. The role is hybrid, with Mon-Fri days, leading a dynamic team and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Must be licensed in CA, with 5+ years clinical experience and 1-2 years of leadership. Outpatient oncology/infusion experience preferred. Competitive pay and full benefits, no weekends or holidays.

• Provide patient-centered, high-touch care in ambulatory infusion settings.

• Ambulatory Infusion Center
• Monday - Friday (Days)

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Prefer 5 or more years related clinical experience
• Must have 1-2 years of proven leadership experience managing day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring/training, maintaining compliance & quality standards, KPI's, etc.
• Experience in outpatient Oncology, Infusion, Ambulatory practices or related clinical experience preferred
• Active CA Nurse Practitioner License
