Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
• Bachelor of Science in nursing required.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification through Oncological Nurses Society required.
• OCN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate management of clinical practice activities within the Outpatient Infusion department.
• Provide direct oversight of Infusion center, Clinic RNs, nurse navigation, and social workers.
• Ensure quality nursing care aligns with hospital policies and program plans.
• Develop patient care standards, orientation, and continuing education; evaluate staff performance.
• Participate in Nursing Quality Improvement and maintain clinical skills to care for patients.
