• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet benchmarks.
• Document visits the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E&M codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic conditions and acute issues.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs).
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
