Job summary

Our Healthcare Center Wellness Clinic in Naples, FL is seeking a Medical Director specializing in Infectious Disease to lead outpatient care without night or weekend shifts. You will oversee clinical operations, manage 14–18 patient visits daily, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate is board-certified MD/DO with active license, DEA and Furnishing licenses, and outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active state medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet targets.
• Complete same-day or 72-hour documentation with accurate codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Supervise mid-level providers and handle after-hours on-call.
