Job summary

Geisinger Medical Center Muncy in Muncy, PA, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the outpatient Hematology/Oncology clinic. This role offers collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and opportunities to manage hematology and oncology patients across diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and follow-up care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant with a preferred Master's Degree, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree-Physician Assistant (Required), Master's Degree-Physician Assistant (Preferred)
• Basic Life Support Certification - required
• Certified Physician Assistant - NCCPA certification

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice
• Collaborative team of physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and support staff
• Opportunity to manage both hematology and oncology patients throughout diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and follow-up care
• Access to clinical trials and advanced treatment modalities through the Geisinger Cancer Institute EPIC system
