Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN is seeking an advanced practice provider to join Outpatient Hematology. You will be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality care to adults with CLL in an outpatient setting.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, order tests, interpret results, and manage treatment and side effects while contributing to education, research, and continuous improvement within the division.

Qualifications

• Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Minnesota RN license and certification as a FNP, ANP or ACNP. DNP preferred.
• Or graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice.
• Must be eligible for DEA registration. BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Care for adult patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and radiologic exams.
• Diagnose, prognosticate, and order treatment per trial therapy or standard of care.
• Manage treatment side effects and complications in outpatient setting.
• Develop autonomy in a supportive team environment.
