Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a Hematologist-Oncologist to join a hospital-employed medical team in Virginia. Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care for adults, delivering evaluation, diagnosis and treatment planning within a multidisciplinary setting.

You will manage consultations and follow-ups, develop individualized treatment plans including infusion therapies, collaborate with regional specialists, support clinical trials, and coordinate with academic referral

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in hematology/oncology.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care model.

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient hematology and oncology consultations and follow-up care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including infusion-based therapies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize and support clinical trials as appropriate
• Coordinate care with regional academic referral partners
