Sovah Health in Martinsville, VA seeks a full-time hematologist-oncologist to join an established outpatient team. Board-certified or board-eligible, you will provide outpatient hematology and oncology care with access to infusion services and a multidisciplinary staff.

You will manage a patient panel across common cancer types and hematologic disorders, participate in tumor boards and clinical trials, and coordinate care with hospitalists and regional centers using the Aria Oncology system.

Job description

Sovah Health seeks a full-time, hospital-employed, board-certified or board-eligible hematologist-oncologist to join its established team in Martinsville, Virginia. Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care with access to an on-site multidisciplinary team, infusion services, clinical trials, and regional academic referral partners.

Evaluate and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions in an outpatient clinic.

Manage a patient panel across common cancer types and hematologic disorders.

Collaborate with hematology-oncology colleagues, advanced practice providers, and radiation oncology staff.

Participate in tumor board and clinical trial programs.

Coordinate care with hospitalists and regional academic medical centers.

Use the Aria Oncology information system and available infusion services.
