The Health Technician position is in the outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) and is aligned under Nursing Service. The positions will be located at the Golden, Aurora, and Denver clinics.

This position will provide clinical support for patients who require patient care services and provide Nursing support to contribute to overall clinic functionality. You may qualify for the GS-5 based on Specialized Experience, Education, or a Combination of both.

Qualificações

• Specialized experience GS-5 includes phlebotomy, specimen handling and maintaining records.
• Education: bachelor’s degree or 24 semester hours in subjects directly related to the position.
• Combination: education and experience may be combined; transcripts required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides clinical support for patients requiring care.
• Offers nursing support to maintain clinic functionality.
• Assists with specimen collection and testing procedures.
