Kleinert Kutz Hand Therapy in Louisville seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist (Outpatient) to evaluate and treat patients with hand conditions and injuries. The role emphasizes creating evidence-based treatment plans and coordinating with the care team to achieve measurable goals.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy, possess a valid KY (and IN) license, and have experience or certification in hand therapy. Primary location is Louisville, KY.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in occupational therapy.
• Current state license to practice in Kentucky and Indiana.
• Certified Hand Therapist or significant hand experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
