Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations focused on hand function and upper-extremity performance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain.
• Fabricate splints and provide adaptive equipment training as appropriate.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and functional strategies.
• Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record and collaborate with the care team.
