NovaCare in Clarksville, MD is seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or Occupational Therapist to treat upper extremity disorders in a Clarksville outpatient setting. The role is salaried for 32-40 hours per week with some evenings and no weekend shifts.

Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 with incentives including a bonus up to $20,000 and student loan repayment support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational or physical therapy program.
• Hand therapy certification or licensure is preferred.
• National registration and state licensure required for practice.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hand therapy experience with splinting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, treat, re-evaluate and discharge hand therapy patients.
• Provide individualized hand therapy programs and splinting as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with facilities and staff for patient care.
• Stay current with research and apply evidence-based practice.

Location: NovaCare in Clarksville, Maryland

Schedule: Full-time, 32- 40 hours

NovaCare River Hill (MD) is seeking a full‑time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or Occupational Therapist to treat various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post-operative fractures, and more. We are seeking a skilled hand therapist experienced in custom splinting. The Hand Therapist will collaborate with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have the resources you need for success. CHT credentials are not required for consideration. You must have at least 2-3 years of prior hand therapy experience and be comfortable working as a solo hand therapist within our Clarksville, Maryland, outpatient center.

Your full‑time schedule will include some evenings, and we can be flexible with this salaried 32-40-hour workweek. No weekends!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re‑evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
• Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
