Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking an Inpatient Therapist for Cedar Springs Hospital in Colorado Springs. The role supports individual, group, and family therapy across acute, residential, and outpatient settings.

Duties include treatment and discharge planning, plus coordination with community agencies throughout the patient’s course of treatment. The position is full-time with days, Friday through Monday, 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience completing clinical paperwork per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients and families.
