U.S. Family Care Psychiatry is a new outpatient clinic in Lexington, KY. If you want to join a professional team to provide outstanding care and grow with us, please contact us! This position's primary role is to provide IOP/PHP group to adult and/or adolescent populations. Salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 based on years of licensure and experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating family and group therapy sessions
• Ensuring complete and accurate documentation in accordance with policies and procedures
• Developing and maintaining up-to-date community resource information
• Assisting in the maintenance of a safe and secure program environment
• Exercising sound clinical judgment to ensure optimal patient care
• Participating in continuing education activities to stay current with best practices

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Behavioral Sciences.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of post-Master’s experience, or equivalent compensatory prior experience. This should include a background in family systems, group therapy, case coordination activities, and specific treatments for adults, adolescents, and geriatrics in outpatient settings.
• Certification: Compliance with state regulations for clinician credentialing is required. Must hold a current license or be under supervision (i.e., CSW/LCSW, CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP).
