Job summary

Gateway Endoscopy Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, seeks a Full Time RN to join our outpatient GI center. You will collaborate with gastroenterologists to provide high‑quality care, pre-/intra-/post‑procedure support, and patient education.

We offer a up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and a friendly, team‑oriented environment. Strong English communication and OT availability are valued to meet flexible scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional nursing school.
• Current state licensure as a registered nurse.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications.
• Good command of English, written and verbal.
• Ability to meet scheduling needs including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the patient’s physical/psychological status pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
• Advocate for patient care and coordinate with the care team.
• Identify goals for each patient and communicate them to the team.
• Apply nursing judgment to implement and adjust care plans.
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently to contain costs without compromising care.
• Maintain infection control and environmental safety; document timely.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff with a caring attitude.
• Seek guidance; follow Center policies; participate in QI activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety; participate in staff meetings.
