Gateway Endoscopy Center is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to join our outpatient GI center. You will work with highly trained physicians, providing nursing care before, during, and after procedures, and you can earn a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

As a nurse, you will assess patients, coordinate care, educate, and uphold infection control while collaborating closely with staff in a supportive environment. Gateway Endoscopy Center supports professional growth and patient-centered care.

Formación

• Graduate of a professional nursing program.
• Current state licensure as a registered nurse.
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Meets scheduling needs and can handle overtime as necessary.
• Ability to work well with physicians, staff, patients and others.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and assess the patient’s physical/psychological status during pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
• Act as patient advocate and coordinate care.
• Identify goals for patients and communicate to the care team.
• Use nursing judgment to implement the care plan and address patient needs.
• Maintain infection control and environmental safety; manage supplies.
• Document information accurately and timely; communicate with positive, caring attitude.
• Participate in staff meetings and training; adapt to center needs.
