Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: RN in Illinois.
• No prior experience required.
• Cross-training as GI Tech is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the GI lab, including assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Educate patients on care plans and post-procedure medications.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the interprofessional team to implement care plans.
• Cross-train as GI Tech to support lab operations.
