BJC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the GI Lab in O'Fallon, Missouri.

As a Staff RN, you will provide direct patient care, participate in care planning, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and quality in the GI lab.

This role requires an RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred). The position involves 4 ten-hour shifts with a call requirement and a 30-minute call response time.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on disease management and post-treatment care.
• Develops and documents plans of care with the interprofessional team.
