Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain any required credentialing or clearances

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and indirect support per VA nursing standards
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans with the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses
• Educate Veterans and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure timely documentation
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Adhere to safety and infection control practices
