Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in New York is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-led group with long Island coverage. This 100% outpatient role offers $200K-$300K annually, flexible hours, and no on-call requests.

The position emphasizes growth of a thriving patient panel, collaboration with care teams, and opportunities to lead in a high-quality, HIPAA-compliant setting. RPC, CS, and EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
• 8+ years experience as a NP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
• Participate in population health initiatives and support ongoing quality improvement projects.
• Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.
