Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-led group with multiple Long Island locations. The role is 100% outpatient, with a strong emphasis on preventive care and population health.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN and MSN, NYS RN and NP licenses, and at least 8 years of NP experience. Flexible hours, competitive compensation, and opportunities for leadership are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider in outpatient primary care.
• Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Refer patients to specialty services as needed.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and prevention.
