Essenti Talent is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for a well-established, physician-led group with multiple Long Island locations. The practice emphasizes clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration in a 100% outpatient setting.

Offer includes flexible hours (Monday–Friday, no call), highly competitive compensation ($250K-$400K/year) and strong clinical/administrative support.

Formación

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Family Medicine
• New York State license or eligible for licensure
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality outpatient care as a key clinical provider.
• Conduct histories and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
• Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement projects.
