Job summary

Acloché LLC, a well-established physician-led group with locations throughout Long Island, seeks a Family Medicine Physician for 100% outpatient care in Levittown, NY. The role offers flexible hours, Monday–Friday, with no call.

The compensation ranges from $250K to $400K per year, with strong clinical and administrative support. HIPAA and NYS DOH compliance are required, and leadership opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in New York State.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proven ability to grow a local clinical practice.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow and manage patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key clinical provider delivering high-quality care.
• Conduct comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
• Create and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, and prevention.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses and staff.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and payers.
