Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a well-trained Endocrinologist (MD/DO) to join our growing specialty care team in Cartersville, GA. This clinic-based role focuses on diabetes and endocrine disorders with emphasis on prevention and care coordination.

You will lead individualized care plans, order and interpret labs, educate patients on CGMs/insulin pumps, and document thoroughly in the EMR. Growth opportunities and CME support offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Endocrinology board certification (or eligibility).
• Active medical license in the practice state and DEA registration.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care for diabetes and endocrine disorders.
• Lead development of individualized care plans with other specialists.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; educate patients on devices and therapies.
• Document visits and treatment plans in the EMR; support quality improvement.
