Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Endocrinology.
• Active medical license in the practicing state or ability to obtain.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Experience with diabetes technology preferred.
• Fellowship graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care for diabetes and endocrine disorders.
• Lead development of individualized care plans with other specialists.
• Order, perform and interpret labs and imaging.
• Educate patients on disease progression and technology use (CGMs, insulin pumps).
• Document visits and treatment plans in the EMR system.
• Support interdisciplinary reviews and care planning.
