Job summary

Cerebrocare in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an EEG Technician to perform routine and ambulatory EEG procedures in an outpatient setting. You will prepare patients, apply electrodes using the 10–20 system, monitor data quality, and document findings in the EHR while maintaining patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication with patients, and flexibility to work 3–4 days per week, including mandatory Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Completion of an accredited EEG Technician program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year EEG experience preferred; new grads considered with training.
• Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and ambulatory EEG studies per established protocols.
• Prepare patients, obtain consent, and ensure comfort.
• Apply electrodes using the 10-20 system.
• Monitor EEG data quality and patient safety.
• Document procedures and findings in the EHR.
• Maintain equipment and infection control standards.
