Sanford Health is seeking a registered dietitian to plan, develop, and provide nutrition therapy across outpatient and clinical settings. The role focuses on individualized care plans and evidence-based nutrition interventions for diverse ages.

The ideal candidate will hold RD licensure, have ACEND-accredited education, and strong counseling skills to promote disease prevention and self-management in a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics or ACEND accredited program.
• Master's degree required for RD registration after Jan 1, 2024.
• Clinical nutrition experience through an approved program or internship.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) license in applicable state(s).
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Temporary/limited permit may be considered in some states.

Responsabilidades

• Provides medical nutrition therapy services and monitors nutritional care for clients of all ages.
• Develops individualized care plans and implements nutrition interventions.
• Educates patients and families on disease state management and nutrition risk.
• Leads nutrition care protocols and collaborates with the health care team to improve outcomes.
