Responsibilities

The GI and Malnutrition Dietitian provides evidence‑based medical nutrition therapy in a complex tertiary care setting as part of the multidisciplinary care team. This practice will have a focus in GI, Malnutrition and related conditions. Serves as a liaison between Clinical Nutrition and other practice areas.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Graduate of an ACEND accredited internship or approved training program.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as a Licensed Dietitian.
  • Three years clinical experience preferably in a declared focus area of practice.
  • Advanced degree in nutrition or related field and/or additional nutrition‑related specialty certifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to advance the field of clinical dietetics, performing advanced work in the area of research, practice, or education.
  • Licensure with the state of Minnesota. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian.
Compensation Detail

$61,755 - $98,280 / year

Schedule

Full Time, 64‑80 hours per pay period. Weekdays, typically 7:30‑4:30, no weekends, no holidays.

Employees are located at three major campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona; Jacksonville, Florida; Rochester, Minnesota; and Mayo Clinic Health System campuses throughout Midwestern communities, and at international locations.
