Job summary

Responsibilities

The Outpatient Enteral and Parenteral Dietitian provides evidence‑based medical nutrition therapy in a complex tertiary care setting as part of a multidisciplinary care team. This practice will have a focus in enteral and parenteral nutrition management in the outpatient setting. The dietitian serves as a liaison between Clinical Nutrition and other practice areas. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) accredited internship or approved training program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as a Licensed Dietitian.
• Three years clinical experience preferably in a declared focus area of practice.
• Advanced degree in nutrition or related field and/or additional nutrition‑related specialty certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to advance the field of clinical dietetics, performing advanced work in the area of research, practice, or education.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian.
