Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with CDR and state licensure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutritional assessments and interventions for in- and outpatient care.
• Educate patients, families, nursing, and food service staff on nutrition.
• Document assessments and goals in the medical record; communicate with physicians.
• Manage therapeutic diets and patient orders; participate in rounds.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory nutrition policies.
