Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide outpatient nutrition services across three community health centers in Chelsea, Charlestown, and Everett. You will deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to a diverse adult and pediatric population and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has experience in community-based nutrition, enjoys individual and group counseling, and is committed to building lasting relationships with patients and communities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field required.
• RD required or eligible to obtain upon hire.
• Massachusetts Dietitian/Nutritionist licensure required or eligible.
• ACEND-accredited internship or supervised practice required.
• 3+ years outpatient/community/clinical nutrition preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutrition care via assessments, care plans, MNT and education.
• Develop evidence-based nutrition plans with referrals and team input.
• Document assessments, plans, follow-ups and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and healthy eating.
• Collaborate with providers and food service to support nutrition needs.
• Contribute to patient education resources and community initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with organizational policies and standards.
