Park Royal Hospital is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to promote health and recovery in behavioral health care. The role emphasizes nutrition care, menu approval, and individual counseling for patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment plans and ensure dietary standards.

The position offers day hours, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k) with company match, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics/Nutrition or similar field acceptable for licensure.
• Experience with Eating Disorders and Substance use strongly preferred in facilities working with those patient populations.

Responsabilités

• Assess nutritional needs and health plans to develop dietary-care plans and provide counseling.
• Approve patient menus and nutritional supplements.
• Counsel patients and families on nutritional principles and diet plans.
• Provide nutritional assessments per facility policy and regulation.
• Review and approve menus developed by the facility.
• Promote health through education on diet and nutrition to prevent or manage diseases.
