Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level RN for the Outpatient CAP 1 track. The role includes dialysis patient care, education, and coordination within the care team.

The position offers 12 weeks of structured dialysis education, full-time hours, full benefits, and a schedule without overnights or Sundays. As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will participate in teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities while developing clinical advancement within CAP.

Qualifications

• RN entry level with less than 2 years in nephrology nursing.
• Must hold an RN license in the applicable state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care and assess patients pre/during/post hemodialysis.
• Document data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options.
• Administer medications per protocol and respond to emergencies.
• Direct care staff and participate in quality improvement.
