Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to join the dialysis care team in Georgia. You will provide direct patient care, administer dialysis treatments, and document patient status while ensuring safety and quality care.

The role requires CPR certification and a nursing license with medical-surgical experience; training programs are provided and opportunities for professional development are available.

Qualifications

• One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Must complete Nurses Technical Training Program on hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for dialysis patients.
• Administer and monitor dialysis treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient condition and care in the record.
• Report significant changes or equipment problems to the supervisor.
• Coordinate care plans with Physician, Dietitian and Social Worker.
