Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN).
• Current state licensure required.
• Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patient(s).
• Perform all technical aspects of dialysis procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters on flow sheets.
• Administer intravenous medication per physician orders and state laws.
• Initiate basic CPR and respond to emergencies related to dialysis.
