The Mayo Clinic ambulatory nursing team seeks a Registered Nurse to provide care in the Outpatient CV Subspecialty Clinics, primarily Pulmonary Hypertension, with potential rotation to other subspecialties. You will collaborate with care teams, educate patients, and document care in the medical record.

Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, mentoring, and leading quality improvement efforts within the division.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program, recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Current RN license by state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for ambulatory patients in the Outpatient CV Subspecialty Clinics, primarily Pulmonary Hypertension.
• Collaborate with care team to provide face-to-face and non-face-to-face patient care and education.
• Document interactions in the patient record using protocols when available.
