Job summary

Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed treatment facility in West Columbia, SC, offering inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. This role provides quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to adolescents and/or adults with psychiatric and/or addiction issues, supporting the program philosophy and delivering high-quality care to patients and families.

• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with NARC, Admissions, the Business Office, Physicians, and Nursing staff.
• Conducts psychosocial assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus by interviewing the patient and their family members.
• Provides group and family process-oriented therapies as well as conducts educational and other didactic groups for patients and family members using various professional treatment modalities.

Job Summary

To provide quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to adolescents and/or adult patients dealing with psychiatric and/or addiction issues. Support the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families.
