True North Therapy Group, PLLC in Washington State seeks an Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This role is ideal for clinicians early in their career pursuing full licensure and seeking structured supervision and mentorship for growth.

The AAC will provide individual and/or family therapy under supervision, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and actively participate in supervision and professional development within a supportive, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Active AAC credential in Washington State (or ability to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage caseload responsibilities independently while using supervision appropriately
• Comfort with technology and electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behavioral health services including individual, family, and/or couples therapy as appropriate
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in an EHR
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members as needed
• Participate in regular clinical supervision per Washington State requirements
• Adhere to ethical standards, agency policies, and state and federal regulations
• Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
• Engage in ongoing learning and skill development to support licensure goals
