Job summary

Coleman Health Services in Warren, OH seeks an outpatient mental health counselor or social worker to provide behavioral health care. Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling, and care coordination with other services.

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit mental health and substance use services provider is seeking an outpatient mental health counselor or social worker to join our team to provide behavioral health care in Warren, Ohio. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and counseling.

• Diagnostic assessments

Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:

• Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
• Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
• Have or are willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account
