PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Surprise in Arizona is seeking a full-time Outpatient Coordinator (OP) to manage referrals and coordinate all outpatient services.

You will serve as the lead support person for hospital-based or freestanding outpatient clinics, help schedule and oversee clerical staff, and advise management on staffing and performance. A high school diploma is required with medical terminology knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Business or Technical School training preferred.
• Strong medical terminology is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain referral management and coordinate all outpatient services.
• Serve as lead support for hospital-based and/or freestanding outpatient clinics.
• Make recommendations to management regarding scheduling, hiring and performance management of clerical staff.
