Responsibilities

• Research codes and abstract medical information to ensure accurate, complete, and billable outpatient coding for physician services.
• Identify coding opportunities and recommend improvements; monitor trends and report discrepancies to management.
• Ensure adherence to coding guidelines, privacy standards, and department procedures; support revenue cycle workflows.
