Job summary
Horizon Health in South Dakota is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant to deliver nursing care in an outpatient clinic. You will support the Behavioral Health department and work in a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to community health.
Must have a valid SD Nursing License, and Medical Assistants must be certified through an accredited program.
Qualifications
- Must hold an SD Nursing License.
- Medical Assistants must be certified through an accredited program.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care for patients through entire patient visit including vitals, history, and updating medications.
- Provide patient education on overall health management and care plans.
- Perform nursing skills including injections, vaccinations, labs as ordered.
