Horizon Health in Eagle Butte, SD seeks a PRN Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant to deliver patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. You will work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on the health of our rural communities.

Qualifications

• Must hold SD Nursing License (RN or LPN) or CMA certification.
• Certification must be through an accredited program for Medical Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across the patient visit, update history and medications, and prepare patients for providers.
• Provide patient education on health management, referrals, and care plans.
• Perform nursing skills including injections, vaccinations, labs, and imaging as scope allows.
