Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field.

• Ability to use an electronic health record (EHR).
• Knowledge of ethics in mental health counseling.
• Knowledge of environmental and cultural factors in diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Perform minimum 10 billable hours per week with caseload of at least 10 clients.
• Provide individual and/or family therapy; complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and logs.
• Ensure integration of all program services for the client.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely; attend meetings and supervision.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and participate in quality improvement projects.
