Ideal candidates hold a Florida LMHC or LCSW license, are fluent in English and Spanish, and have prior counseling experience. The position features a full-time W-2 arrangement, health and retirement benefits, and a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LMHC or LCSW license is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of counseling/psychotherapy experience.
• EMDR training or certification preferred; willingness to complete if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide individual psychotherapy services.
• Deliver or become proficient in EMDR therapy when appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers on patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within 24 hours of encounters.
• Participate in treatment planning and clinical consultations.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Overview

Licensed Therapist (LMHC/LCSW) for an outpatient behavioral health practice serving Central Florida. The multidisciplinary team includes psychiatry, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists working collaboratively to support patient care.

The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the DeBary, Florida team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients achieve mental wellness through psychotherapy and is interested in becoming proficient in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. The practice handles scheduling, billing, and administrative functions to allow providers to focus on patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

• $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Requirements
