Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care services including individual, family, and group counseling.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment and discharge plans.
  • Maintain all clinical documentation.
  • Participate in family, collateral, interdisciplinary team meetings, and case conferences.
  • Complete utilization review tasks as assigned.
  • Transportation to client residences may be required.

Sign-On Bonus of $7,500 for a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
  • NJ licensure: LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCADC (must also have LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT for non-substance use programs).
  • 1-2 years mental health experience preferred.
  • Valid NJ Driver’s License required.
