Pine Rest is seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist at the Northwest Clinic in Grand Rapids, MI. You will provide assessments, counseling, and evidence-based therapy to individuals seeking behavioral health care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery.

The role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field and current Michigan licensure (LMSW/LPC/LP or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Michigan licensure as LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent clinical license.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is preferred.
• DBT-Intensive (DBT-I) training is preferred.
• Experience working with children and adolescents is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and community resource coordination.
• Promote a recovery-focused, person-centered treatment environment.
