Midwest Counseling is excited to share that we are looking for licensed therapists who want to work in Oak Brook, IL, Northbrook, IL, or downtown Chicago. Open to both part-time and full-time applicants.
At Midwest Counseling & Diagnostics, we believe the future of mental healthcare belongs to clinicians. As Illinois' first 100% employee-owned mental health group practice, every therapist has the opportunity to become an owner in the organization they help build.
Unlike private equity-backed practices, where profits benefit outside investors, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) ensures that Midwest’s success is shared with the clinicians and staff who make it possible. After one year of full-time employment, eligible employees begin participating in our ESOP, building meaningful retirement wealth through company ownership at no cost to the employee.
We believe investing in our clinicians leads to better care for our clients. If you're looking for more than just a job and want to build your career in a practice where your voice matters and your work contributes to your own future, we'd love to meet you.
We are seeking a full-time licensed therapist (LCSW, LCPC, PhD, PsyD) to join our team in either our Downtown Chicago or Northbrook, Illinois location. We are also for clinicians who would like to work out of Oak Brook, Illinois. Full-time therapist is defined by approximately 25 clinical hours per week.
Therapists enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule while maintaining a strong in-person presence. Candidates must be willing to provide in-office services at least one-two days per week.
We are especially interested in clinicians with experience or advanced training in one or more of the following:
Employee Ownership
Choosing where you practice matters. As an employee-owner, you're not simply filling a position, you are helping shape the future of the practice while investing in your own long-term financial well-being.
Midwest Counseling & Diagnostics is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. We encourage applications from clinicians of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and want to grow your career in an organization that invests in its clinicians as owners.
