Relief Mental Health in Illinois is seeking compassionate therapists (LCSWs and LCPCs) to join a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will provide individual and family therapy, conduct diagnostic assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans in a patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling or Social Work.
• Active Clinical Mental Health License in adherence with state board requirements.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities and treatment plan formulation.
• Experience providing individual therapy with adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional diagnostic intake assessments to evaluate mental health and behavioral conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient.
• Provide comprehensive, evidenced based psychotherapeutic interventions in-person and via secure telehealth.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers.
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary.

• Perform professional diagnostic intake assessments to evaluate a variety of mental health and behavioral conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
• Provide comprehensive, evidenced based psychotherapeutic interventions both in-person and via secure telehealth.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers.
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling or Social Work
• Active Clinical Mental Health License in adherence with state board requirements.
• Previous experience working with evidence based modalities, interventions and treatment plan formulation.
• Prior experience providing individual therapy with adolescents and adult populations required.
